Bought two of these based on a friend’s recommendation. Super easy to use. The battery lasted over 2 hours between charges which is more than great. Had a small issue with the battery charge light, but customer service helped with that and they very fast and helpful; the most responsive I’ve ever experienced with an Amazon vendor!

Very quiet operation. Comes with 2 batteries for wireless use, and an adapter to charge them. My box was missing the 3 16needle cartridges but they send me a complete box within a couple of days. Comes in a very sturdy box with manual. I selected this equipment among others because it has no ridges on the speed control, and that comes a long way when desinfecting.

This is by far my favorite micro needling device from Dr Pen. The options are great and the pen itself is lightweight but sturdy at the same time. I haven’t had any issues with the cartridges popping out like with other devices and the even though the batteries charge quickly I like having the wired option. All in all I am happy with my purchase and will continue to shop with this vendor.

Excellent product and not as painful as dermarolling. You’d wonder if the needles were actually doing their job, until you see your skin peeling and scars clearing up within days of using the pen. I use the pen in conjunction with a hyaluronic acid serum, followed up with vitamin c and niacinamide after my session. My skin has been a dream ever since.

I did quite a bit of research prior to purchase to make sure it was safe. I found out what I needed and so when it arrived I was ready. Definitely beautiful box and tool, after a quick charge I was ready to use it. I disinfected my face with alcohol, waited a few minutes and started putting the hyaluronic acid for the pen to glide and for the acid to work its magic as the tiny needles did their thing. I felt no pain whatsover, just pressure with a bit of burn but very slightly. My skin looked plump in places and there was a bit of redness as expected. Anyways, it is a great tool and four weeks from now I will be able to use it again with a lot more confidence.
