1. Vein Mapping & 準備
   The affected vein is located using ultrasound imaging. The treatment area is cleaned and numbed with local anesthesia.

2. Fiber Insertion
   A small puncture is made, and a thin optical fiber (usually radial type) is inserted into the diseased vein. The fiber is guided along the length of the vein under ultrasound supervision.

3. Laser Activation

4. Thermal Ablation
