Packaging is sleek and professional-looking, carrying case protects roller well, and I could find no signs of bent or broken needles.Used it for the first time tonight, and I noticed some tiny drops of blood on my forehead, which does not happen with the .25 mm needle in my experience and proves the needle is indeed a .50 mm, and does indeed penetrate the skin better than the .25.(For all of you who are wondering whether there should blood at all… yes. I’ve watched videos of professionals, and there can be tiny little spots. I’ve heard that this is a sign the roller is working.)Besides the blood, skin is red and looks like I got a sunburn, but it doesn’t hurt at all, and it didn’t hurt to use — although, to be fair, I’ve been using rollers for 2 years and have a high pain tolerance at this point.Time will tell whether it does anything for fine lines, pores, and light scars. I bought this product for beard growth. My beard is already pretty thick and doesn’t really have any patches in it, the main problem I’m having is that it doesn’t fully connect (there’s a gap from the sideburns to the goatee area). I’ve been using this roller for a few weeks now and I’m already starting to notice a handful of new hairs in the gaps that weren’t there before. I’ve also noticed that it’s made the rest of my beard even thicker than it was before. I’m pretty excited to see the results in a couple of months. If you’re looking to grow your beard, DO NOT buy those $50+ beard growth kits that you see in ads. Buy this instead. Not only is it cheaper, but you don’t need all those “miracle solutions” that they try to sell you. This roller alone is scientifically proven to stimulate hair growth and shouldn’t cost you $50. The only downside is that it does dry out your face. So be prepared to apply lotion every so often.

This product is helpful to use daily. I can’t do that. My hair came out. I guess you should use it on the ’ bald ’ areas not where hair is full that you want to just grow fast. There are tiny scabs that come up from using it. The scalp will burn after use.
