   My skin has never looked and felt better! They give you so many refill needles and for the price it works just as well as dr. Pen! I love that it’s cordless and the charge lasts! I charged mine up once fully and used it 5 times for hand and stomach. My skin has a forever natural dewy glow. I’m so inlove with this. Probably my best beauty product I’ve ever purchased.

   With this micro-needling pen, you can feel the needles and some places on your face hurt. I had it on wrinkle mode .25 speed and was using the recommended 36 needle end. I got it to use on my eye wrinkles and my glabella area. The thin skin under my eye stung but nothing too bad. The glabella area (the area that is above your nose between your eyebrows) hurt and kind of startled me. It hurt at first but then it wasn’t so bad. So I went ahead and moved on up to do my forehead wrinkles but decided to only do one side so I can tell a difference later. All areas I treated I glided over twice and that was it. I did have redness and light swelling. I am super excited to see in a few weeks if they are gone. With the light swelling, it seems to have taken the appearance down some. I will update photos in few weeks if there is a huge noticeable difference. My first photo was before, my second photo was after and the third photo on right side of white line I treated. I believe this will work just fine I feel comfortable recommending.

   I use this for my scalp. the roller was always getting my hair caught in it, but this pen uses an up & down motion so doesn’t have the problem. I love the abundance of needles it comes with.

   Great quality, reliable micropen perfect for needling clients or at home. A lot of my clients want to know how they can maintain the integrity of their microneedling treatments at home and these pens are a wonderful way to do so, but of course the expense of the needling session is usually not a result of the expense of the pen, as it’s a relatively inexpensive facial care tool. It is difficult to get professional quality results and concentration of focus on specific areas at home, but these tools can help you run a quick maintenance needle depth over your skin in between needling sessions at the office for optimum skin health and appearance.This device in particular is well made and easy to use with a simple design and uncomplicated setting adjustments. There are several power modes, as well as an adjustable needle depth. That’s all you really need! The device delivers consistent, even application of needles and depth is precise, accurate, and well controlled. Needle cartridges are a cinch to swap in and out and operation is quiet with consistent performance. I had no problems with any of the cartridges which were wrapped securely and appeared properly sharpened, and the battery on this device arrived charged to about 2/3 total battery power. I can use it for 2-3 clients back to back with no diminishing in power, and the motor is trouble-free with no jumps or glitches that would cause hand error.I’m overall happy with this device and would suggest it to others but of course with the caveat that professional skincare products should only be used by at-home enthusiasts who have extensively educated themselves on how to not harm their skin with devices or products that carry a skin damage risk. Needling can be wonderful for your skin but do be sure you are prepared to do it properly! With a device like this one, it will be simple and effective for sure. Recommended.

   I’m hoping this microneedling device will give me macro results. It feels like it will. My skin is tingling an hour and a half after a treatment and I feel stuff is happening just below the surface.DOES IT HURT? If you can handle waxing or epilating, or even a bandaid being removed quickly, microneedling with these 0.25mm needles will be a breeze. The after-feel is a bit like that too, like you’ve have a good waxing session and you can feel the tingle down in your follicles. I started out with the 36-pin cartridge on low speed (green light, press on button once), and felt the effect on my hand first. I gradually increased the length of the needles to 0.2mm (max), still on the low speed setting. It was comfortable when I applied it to the fleshy part below my cheekbone. I ended up increasing the speed and pressed the button to get the blue light. I didn’t try increasing the intensity any more than that. I have some pores that are looking a little less refined than I want there, so I thought I’d try to treat this area first. I also have some dry patches on my skin in this area too. I’ll be able to visibly tell if this will make a difference. On bony areas with less fat, like the forehead or cheekbones, I decreased the length to the ‘1’ setting (I think this corresponds to 0.1mm) to make it more comfortable.PREP: Charge dermapen, wash face, wash hands. Go!POST: Apply a good quality serum or moisturizer. The purpose of microneedling is not only to stimulate natural collagen production with controlled trauma, but also to open your skin to optimal absorption of nutrients. I used a blend of concentrated rosehip seed oil, tamanu oil, and other naturally beneficial oils. Do research what skin products to avoid as some may overly sensitize your skin after microneedling; also avoid the sun or harsh conditions for a few days.I can see how microneedling could be addictive. It feels good, and my skin feels stimulated. I’ll be back for more self treatment provided that I don’t have any adverse reactions in the next 24 hours. If so, I’ll report back.NOTE: The included instructions are poorly translated and are confusing. I’m docking a star for this as I feel that it’s really important to have clear instructions especially for a device like this. Do check out some reputable sources online for better info.This PELCAS dermapen seems to be of excellent value when comparing with other electric microneedling devices on the market. The cartridges seem to be of good value too for the type of treatment you are getting, let alone in comparison to a salon treatment — but I’ve not had any professional microneedling treatment so I can’t truly compare. I do know though that I love this in-home device. It’s quick, easy, comfortable and I feel like it will deliver results.

   I love this electric, micro needling kit! I’m used to derma rollers, but this is far more convenient, and it seems to be more effective, too, BUT it can be dangerous in inexperienced hands, and can do more harm then good, so make sure to get educated before using this device. Once you get the hang of it, you’ll save so much money vs. going to a dermatologist. Watch some you tube videos on this before using it. Despite having experience with dermatologist, I still Googled everything I could to ensure the safety of my skin, and I do see ++ results from it.This device comes with many refills for needling, and are individually package for safety/ sterilized purposes, which is the only way to go. If one is opened DO NOT use it on your skin. They must be closed. All of mine are sealed.Micro needling basically inflicts injury upon the skin, not in a severely damaging way, just enough to enable the skin to rejuvenate itself, and during the healing process, your skin builds up new collagen to help create healthy, brighter and what we all want in this life.. younger looking skin!You have to take great caution. I nicked myself good, even after watching everything I could. I’m not a dermatologist, but I’ve gotten better with it- practice makes perfect, just be educated. Directions are not enough when it comes to your skin. You need that visual, and a better detailed set of information, which thankfully, due to the wonder of the World Wide Web, we all have at our fingertips! Do your homework, and enjoy your results! Hopefully, refills are easy to find. I haven’t had to look yet.4.5 stars for this! It’s worth the price! I think my skin is looking good for 46!I hope my review has proven helpful for you :).

    I do my face with this pen twice a month after exfoliating with a different machine, also from Amazon. The quality of my skin, the feel and look has improved 100%. I have some Melasma and was hoping this process would fade them. These brown markings are not small and cover half my cheeks on both sides of my face. They haven’t faded yet with two treatments but I’m hopeful. I do cover the brown marks with foundation and my face looks flawless. I do use a hyaluronic acid emulsion after using this pen on my face. It doesn’t hurt to use at all, start at a low setting and find your comfort needle setting.

     This device comes with a lot of refills for needling and each is packed individually. I’m assuming for sterility which is nice and safe. I had to watch a few videos before I could safely use this because I am a beginner and I felt so lost at first. This does hurt. Not a lot but it definitely creates little holes on your face to let your skin breathe and build new collagen. The machine itself is very nice. Charges pretty quickly it’s super quiet and you have so many replacement that are different sizes. I guess the worst part for me was learning not to drag the needle against my skin. So far I think I’ve done some improvement and my skin is looking radiant.

    OK here’s my honest review, this machine is very well made, it charges very fast, it is very quiet and works exactly as expected, the combo with the cartridges are great, because you get a bunch of different sizes for the money, I don’t see any results just yet, anywhere says that in order for you to notice any results from this type of procedure you need to wait some time, I guess in my case is because I’m doing it very gentle.What I like about this machine is that you can select the needle adjustment length, my advice is to start in a low setting and to vary the area you’re working on and “PLEASE” “DO NOT DRAG THE NEEDLES ON YOUR FACE” this is not a tattoo machine, you’re not injecting ink or creating traced lines, you’re puncturing your skin and you should do it as if you were padding the face, like stamping on paper and keep moving the machine do not expend time in the same spot and do not drag, my advice is to clean your face or any part on where you are planing to use this machine, and when I say clean I mean very clean, wash your face with warm water and soap and please be very gentle with this until you get accustomed to this procedure and at the minor sign of discomfort and abnormal bleeding discontinue the use of it and consult your doctor, keep in mind this is a procedure that is made by doctors in a very controlled set and they know exactly what they’re doing, the exact pressure, the exact needle length for different types of tissue and besides what any manufacturer say about safety of this product it is your responsibility as an individual to look for your own safety and always consult your doctor.This is a good machine.Disclaimer: I’m not a medical doctor and this review is solely based on my own experience on using this product and on information I have found online, and I’m not in any way liable or responsible about the way you interpret this review or use this product.
