Delivery of machines from our warehouses is by DHL/FedEx/UPS or Private Delivery Service, depending on equipment size. Which don’t include the tariffs, you need to take care of the tariffs yourself when reach your local customs. Read our přepravní politika.
100% Tariff-Free Delivery for Some Countries (optional extra cost)
And for some special country or areas, or first time to buy machines from us, we also offer 100% Tariff-Free Delivery, but the cost would be higher than normal DHL delivery. Currently our tariff-free delivery service works like this: First, after triple inspection, your package is handed over to our premium logistics partner, which uses an independent customs broker. Once your package arrives near its final destination (your business or residence), the package is assigned a new tracking number, which is a UPS or FedEx tracking number, and UPS or FedEx deliver your package. The first phase takes 5-10 business days and the second phase takes 2-5 business days.

As mentioned above, starting in 2023, Mico Aes is pleased to announce that we have formed an exclusive partnership with DHL International. As part of this partnership contract, we can now provide premium international shipping arrangements that are normally only available only for selected major pharmaceutical companies. Suppliers of machines generally can’t get access to this service.
With this new premium service, Mico Aes medical grade beauty machines now can potentially enjoy 5-7 day door-to-door delivery (1-2 days from the time we give DHL your package). Premium DHL service is available for many countries and timing is subject to variability due to customs clearance variations. Default international shipping time is 5-15 business days, as explained above.
