Please complete this form if you would like to request a return under the Mico Aes 30-Day Change-of-Mind Return Option.

Submitting this form does not automatically approve a return. Our team will review your order information, delivery date, equipment condition, and return eligibility before issuing return authorization.

Before You Apply

Please review the following conditions:

Your return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the documented delivery date.
The equipment must remain in a condition reasonably suitable for resale as new
Customized, OEM, Private Label, special-order, and specially configured equipment is generally not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Return-related import duties, taxes, brokerage, and clearance charges are the customer’s responsibility
Original shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.We will reduce the shipping cost (we ship to you)from the amount you paid.
Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a 20% Restocking, Inspection & Administrative Fee.
The final refund amount is determined after the returned equipment has been received and inspected.
Do not ship equipment back before receiving written Return Authorization from Mico Aes.

Technical problems and verified product defects should be submitted through our Warranty & Technical Support Request instead of this form.
