Shipping
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment tracking number. We ship worldwide via courier (DHL/UPS), Air cargo, or Ocean shipping. For express door-to-door air shipping, delivery times are 3-7 business days. Ocean shipping delivery times are 20-40 business days.

Refund & Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You need to cover the shipping cost of sending back.
Warranty
MICOAES.COM warrants to the original purchaser that the System is free from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Please note that consumable parts(e.g.eletrode pad, IPL filters…) are NOT covered by this warranty.
After the warranty, we will continue to provide the technical support as before. For spare parts, we only charge at the material cost. And the shipping cost is on the buyers’ side.
