“Lifetime Remote Technical Support” means support during the service life in which the equipment model remains technically supportable. It is subject to the availability of technical documentation, compatible parts, and relevant expertise. It does not mean lifetime free warranty, parts, labor, repairs, or shipping.

Product-specific warranty terms, treatment-count limits, shot or pulse limits, and component classifications in the applicable quotation, invoice, manual, or product documentation take precedence for that product or component.

What the Limited Warranty Covers

The warranty covers eligible defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship arising during normal intended use. Eligibility is determined after technical diagnosis and review of the buyer’s information.

Depending on the issue, support may include:

  • Remote diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • Operating, parameter, or maintenance guidance
  • Identification of the affected component or module
  • Eligible replacement parts
  • Written, recorded-video, or live installation guidance
  • Functional verification after repair

For an approved claim, an eligible covered part is supplied free of charge during its applicable warranty period, subject to the shipping terms below.

Reusable handpieces and accessories are covered for six months against eligible manufacturing defects under normal intended use. These may include laser, RF, HIFU, HIFEM or EMS applicators, reusable treatment handles, footswitches, cables, connectors, and other reusable accessories supplied with the machine.

Some handpieces contain treatment components with a defined shot count, pulse count, or service life. They may be classified as limited-life items or consumables and may have separate terms in the product documentation.

Consumables, disposable items, accidental damage, normal wear, and components that have reached their specified treatment life are not covered unless expressly agreed in writing. Examples may include treatment gels, disposable RF microneedling tips, disposable heads, filters, lamps, protective items, and cartridges or tips with defined shot or pulse limits.

Replacement Parts & Shipping

For an approved claim:

  • First 3 months after delivery: the eligible covered part and its standard shipping are provided by Mico Aes without charge.
  • Months 4–6: eligible covered parts for the main machine, handpieces, and accessories are provided without charge; shipping is paid by the buyer.
  • Months 7–12: eligible covered main-machine parts are provided without charge; shipping is paid by the buyer. Handpieces and accessories are outside their standard six-month warranty and may be purchased at the applicable service-part price.
  • After 12 months: remote technical support remains available for supported equipment. Parts may be purchased at the applicable service-part price, subject to availability; shipping and related logistics costs are paid by the buyer.

Shipping responsibility is determined by the date the buyer first reports the issue in writing, provided that reasonably requested diagnostic information is supplied without undue delay.

Expedited delivery, special services, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and destination charges are excluded unless approved in writing.

Replacing a component does not restart or extend the original warranty. The repaired equipment and replacement component remain covered for the balance of the original period unless otherwise agreed. Mico Aes may request reasonable evidence that a defective part has been disabled, destroyed, or returned before supplying a replacement.

Remote Diagnosis & Component-Level Repair

Where technically appropriate, Mico Aes uses remote diagnosis and component-level repair as the standard after-sales method for international orders:

Remote Diagnosis → Fault Identification → Replacement Part → Guided Installation → Functional Verification

Depending on the machine and diagnosis, replaceable components may include control boards, power supplies, displays, pumps, cooling components, sensors, cables, connectors, fans, footswitches, handpieces, applicators, and technology-specific RF or laser modules.

Installation support may be provided through written instructions, technical diagrams, recorded videos, live video calls, or assistance from a qualified local technician where necessary.

Customers must not disassemble, modify, or repair equipment without authorization. Work completed according to documented Mico Aes instructions or live guidance does not void the warranty.

For high-voltage components, laser power supplies, RF generators, or other safety-sensitive systems, Mico Aes may require a qualified local technician. The equipment must remain disconnected from power during authorized internal inspection or replacement, except where live testing is specifically required and performed by a qualified technician.

Unless approved in writing before work begins, local technician labor, travel, inspection, installation, and other third-party costs are not included.

Because of international freight, customs procedures, import restrictions, and equipment design, complete-machine return or replacement is not a standard international warranty remedy. If a confirmed covered issue remains unresolved after reasonable diagnostic and component-repair attempts, Mico Aes will review the case and propose an appropriate written solution. Any exceptional return, replacement, credit, or other commercial arrangement requires separate written agreement.

Shipping Damage & Unboxing Evidence

Shipping damage is separate from a manufacturing defect. The buyer should inspect the package on delivery and record a continuous first-opening video showing:

  • The shipping label and tracking number
  • All sides of the unopened package and visible damage
  • Original seals, straps, or wire locks where applicable
  • The complete opening and unpacking process
  • The machine, handpieces, accessories, packing materials, and any missing or damaged item

Apparent shipping damage or an incorrect shipment should be reported in writing within seven 7 business days, with available photos, video, and shipment details. Reports after seven days may limit available carrier claims or shipping-damage remedies but do not automatically cancel any applicable equipment warranty.

An unboxing video is not mandatory for ordinary equipment warranty coverage, but without it Mico Aes or the carrier may be unable to confirm that physical damage occurred during transportation. Damage during unpacking, relocation, installation, or use after confirmed delivery is not shipping damage.

How to Request Warranty Support

Contact your Mico Aes representative or after-sales team and provide, where available:

  • Machine model, serial number, and order or invoice details
  • Documented delivery date
  • Description of the issue and when it began
  • Error message or code
  • Relevant operating parameters
  • What occurred immediately before the issue appeared

Depending on the issue, we may request clear photos; a continuous, unedited diagnostic video; startup and operating footage; settings and error messages; cable and handpiece connections; water circulation or cooling operation; component photos; and requested test results.

Some cases require one continuous video showing the complete sequence from connection and startup to the reported malfunction. A request for additional evidence is not a rejection; it means more information is needed to identify the cause and determine eligibility.

Our team may ask the buyer to check power and voltage, settings, cables, handpieces, water circulation, filters, sensors, software, or internal and external modules. After receiving sufficient information, we will assess the likely cause and recommend operating guidance, maintenance, further testing, component replacement, or guided repair.

If the issue is covered, Mico Aes will arrange the appropriate part or repair support. If it is not covered, available technical assistance and paid part or repair options may still be offered.

Response Time & Lifetime Support

We aim to acknowledge technical-support requests within one (1) business day. After receiving sufficient diagnostic information, we aim to provide an initial assessment or recommended next steps within two to three (2–3) business days. Straightforward issues may be addressed sooner.

These targets cover acknowledgement and initial assessment, not guaranteed final resolution. Resolution time depends on issue complexity, customer response, evidence and parts availability, repair requirements, international shipping, and customs processing.

During the supported service life of the equipment, remote assistance may be provided through WhatsApp, email, photos, videos, video calls, troubleshooting instructions, technical documents, maintenance guidance, repair guidance, and parts-identification support.

Unless on-site service is expressly agreed in writing, standard warranty support is remote and does not include local on-site technicians.

Warranty Exclusions

The limited warranty does not cover damage, malfunction, or deterioration caused by:

  • Incorrect installation, operation, voltage, grounding, or environmental conditions
  • Failure to follow the manual, operating instructions, or required maintenance
  • Misuse of handpieces, accessories, water, liquids, chemicals, or treatment components
  • Drops, impact, relocation, liquid exposure, foreign objects, fire, flood, or other external events
  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, software changes, incompatible third-party parts, or unauthorized repair that causes or contributes to the fault
  • Blocked ventilation or water circulation, inadequate cleaning, unsuitable water, or cooling-system neglect
  • Normal wear, consumables, disposable items, or components that have reached their specified treatment life

Authorized component replacement performed according to Mico Aes instructions does not void the warranty.

Individual treatment outcomes are not guaranteed because results depend on client condition, treatment plan, settings, operator technique, frequency, and other variables. Dissatisfaction alone does not establish an equipment defect. A confirmed failure to perform documented functions remains eligible for technical assessment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the warranty does not cover loss of revenue, loss of business, downtime, or other indirect losses.

Customer Cooperation, Payment Disputes & Data Use

Accurate diagnosis requires reasonable cooperation. If sufficient requested information is not provided, Mico Aes may be unable to identify the cause or confirm eligibility, and processing may remain pending until the information is received.

Warranty processing may be suspended while payment for the order is outstanding or while a chargeback or payment dispute concerning the same transaction remains unresolved. Eligibility may be reviewed after the payment issue is concluded.

Diagnostic photos, videos, and order information are used for technical support, warranty administration, and internal quality improvement. Customer-identifying material will not be used publicly for marketing without permission.

Maintenance, Spare Parts & OEM Equipment

Depending on the machine, maintenance may include cleaning, water replacement, filter service, cooling-system maintenance, handpiece care, cable and connector inspection, ventilation cleaning, and treatment-head replacement.

Service parts may include handpieces, pumps, power supplies, boards, screens, connectors, cables, sensors, fans, footswitches, and machine-specific modules. Availability depends on the model, component supply, and product lifecycle.

OEM and private-label equipment follows the terms confirmed for the applicable model and order. Unless otherwise agreed, standard coverage remains one year for the main machine, six months for reusable handpieces and accessories, and lifetime remote technical support during the supported service life. Custom components, third-party parts, software, and project-specific elements may have separate terms.
