DHL Tracking
Use your DHL waybill or tracking ID to check international shipment events and delivery status.
Open DHL TrackingCheck your shipment status using the carrier and tracking number provided by Mico Aes. We support DHL, FedEx, UPS, DDP Air, and DDP Sea shipping arrangements.
DHL, FedEx, and UPS use carrier tracking numbers. DDP Air and DDP Sea may use a forwarding reference, airway bill, bill of lading, or local delivery reference.
Select the shipping method and enter the number exactly as shown in your shipping notice.
A tracking number may not show an event until the carrier or forwarder has received and scanned the shipment. If the number does not work, please contact us with your order number.
Courier shipments normally use a public carrier tracking page. DDP shipments are managed through the transport partner and final-mile delivery network.

Open DHL Tracking ↗Enter the FedEx tracking number supplied in your dispatch notification to review the shipment status.
Open FedEx Tracking ↗Track your package using the UPS tracking or shipment number provided by Mico Aes.
Open UPS Tracking ↗Air delivery arranged under the quoted DDP terms. Tracking may use a forwarder reference, airway bill, or local last-mile number rather than a single universal tracking page.
Request DDP Update ↓Sea delivery arranged under the quoted DDP terms. Updates may be provided through the freight forwarder, bill of lading, container reference, or final-mile delivery partner.
Request DDP Update ↓Shipment information is updated in stages. The exact status names and timing depend on the carrier, customs process, destination, and selected shipping method.
Equipment is tested, packed, and prepared for collection or export dispatch.
Mico Aes sends the carrier, waybill, or forwarding reference when available.
The shipment moves through transit, customs, and—where applicable—local delivery handling.
The courier or local delivery partner arranges delivery to the confirmed address.
Carrier wording can vary, but these are the most common stages customers may see after dispatch.
The shipping record has been created, but the carrier may not have scanned the parcel yet.
The shipment is moving through the carrier or forwarder network.
The shipment is being reviewed or processed by customs or the local import partner.
The local delivery partner has received the shipment for the final delivery attempt.
There may be an address, customs, duty, recipient, or scheduling issue that needs action.
DDP shipment tracking is not always displayed on DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Please keep the logistics reference, order number, destination, and recipient details available when requesting an update.
Customs clearance and local delivery arrangements may be handled by the logistics partner according to the quotation and destination terms.
If the carrier page does not recognize the number or the shipment is handled by a forwarder, contact Mico Aes with your order details.
Tracking normally becomes available after the carrier or forwarder receives and scans the shipment. The first scan may not appear immediately after the number is issued.
Check that the carrier is correct and that the number has no extra spaces or missing characters. If the number still cannot be found, contact us with your order number so we can confirm the shipment information.
Not always. DDP Air and DDP Sea are delivery arrangements, not one single carrier network. Tracking may use a forwarder reference, AWB, bill of lading, container number, or final-mile delivery reference.
Please send your order number, recipient name, destination city, shipping method, and the tracking or logistics reference you received.
First review the latest carrier or forwarder status. If the issue involves customs, duties, an incorrect address, recipient availability, or a delivery appointment, contact the local delivery partner and Mico Aes as soon as possible.
If you cannot find your shipment, please contact Mico Aes with your order number and available tracking information. Our team will check the applicable carrier or logistics route.
