Our packaging process ensures your products arrive safely and in perfect condition. After passing rigorous quality control tests, each Mico Aes machine is packed in a highly durable air freight box made of metal and wood. The box features a 18mm fireproof foam interior and a 15mm solid wood core, with a 1mm black fireproof exterior coating for maximum protection. Unlike other providers who use thinner or less secure packaging, our robust 15mm thick boxes set the industry standard.

Important Note on Shipping Addresses

Mico Aes does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If a P.O. Box address is provided, your order will be canceled, and you will be refunded the full amount paid, minus a transaction fee (2.9%–7.9%). Please provide a physical shipping address, such as a home or office location.

We can ship worldwide, the shipping costs depend on quantity, weight and destination.

Once you complete the payment for the order, we will usually ship the goods to you within 3-5 business days.

The goods are directly delivered to you from warehouses or factories in China. It only takes a few days to arrive, so you can wait for the delivery with peace of mind. You can receive professionally and safely packaged goods at your door.

1. Order Processing

  • Availability: Orders can be placed 24/7, year-round.
  • Processing Priority:
    • Standard orders are processed sequentially.
    • Priority and Express shipping orders are prioritized for faster delivery.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after being placed.
    • Priority/Express orders placed before 11:00 AM PST are processed the same business day.
    • Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST or over weekends are processed the next business day.
  • After piked up by couriers, they will be delivered to a local logistic hub near your location and finally dispatched by a local courier for the final delivery. It’s crucial to provide us with a complete and accurate address, along with a valid phone number, to ensure successful delivery.

4. Shipping Times

  • International Orders: 5–15 working days via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or EMS.
  • US orders: 3–7 working days.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping cost are calculated according to gross weight or package volume weight. As well as the delivery location. Please note that rates may vary among couriers and are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to provide competitive freight rates and will make every effort to minimize the charges for you. It’s important to note that the shipping fee, once paid, is non-refundable unless the delivery is unsuccessful or the items are damaged.

Calculated as the gross weight or package volume weight, usually to be L*W*H/5000


7. Customs and Duties

Buyers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact your local customs office. 

  • To US: 20-35% VAT
  • To EU: 15% to 20% VAT
  • To UK: 20% to 25% VAT
  • To AU: 15% VAT
  • To CA: No tariff for less than $800 Value
  • To UAE: 5%-10% VAT

How to do the clearance and pay the tax?

8. Tracking Orders

International orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and will be delivered by local post or its affiliates. When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at usps.com,ups.com, fedex.com or dhl.com


9. Refused Packages

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:

  • Original and return shipping costs.
  •  (International orders only) Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.

The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.


10. Lost or Stolen Packages

If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing you must report to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments). Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. 

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.

Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for your order is 4 to 8 business days from the date of payment. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Shipping Methods: We use air express couriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, and air mail to ship your orders. The delivery time for each courier is as follows:

  • DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT: 2-5 business days
  • EMS: 4-6 days
  • Air mail: 3-10 days.

  2. VAT: While most shipments from China reach their destination countries without any problems, there may be cases where Value Added Tax (VAT) is required as per local regulations. Please be aware of this possibility.
  3. Customs and Duty Fees: Please note that local taxes and import duties may apply in certain countries and are not included in the amounts shown at the time of purchase. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for any applicable taxes or duties. If you have any doubts, we recommend checking with your country’s customs office before placing an order.

Who will be the courier for delivery?

International Orders will be shipped DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, YunExpress, UBI or by your domestic couriers depending on your country and region.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and can track your order via our website Track Order or the shipping carrier’s website, as you prefer.

Will I need to pay customs duties? 

The customer is responsible for customs clearance, including payment of relevant import taxes, unless otherwise stated.  For certain products only, customs clearance is provided (for some countries) by MicoAes.  Please contact us regarding your specific products and location if you want more information.  

How long will it take to get my order?

Once you place an order, processing begins and this takes 1-5 business days.  You will receive an email once your order is shipped.

Transit time varies depending on different factors, including the specific product(s) you ordered as well as your specific location.  If you want to know the approximate shipping time for a particular product, please contact us and let us know, and be sure to include your delivery location.    Alternatively you may simply keep in mind the following conservative estimates:

Shipping Delays:

Please note that Micoaes is not responsible in the event your package is not received within the time frames estimated above, as there can be unforeseen delays caused by third party couriers.  Therefore, no refunds will be provided based on reasonable delays in shipping (reasonable is defined as maximum 45 days from the date of order).

We try to exceed your expectations and deliver without delay.  Thank you for your understanding.

Packages Lost in Transit or Missing Packages:

Mico Aes is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments, should such damage or loss  occur during the shipping process handled by third party couriers.

Therefore, please understand that no automatic refunds will made in event that a package is lost, stolen or damaged during the shipping process.  Should you need assistance with filing a claim with the relevant courier, including submission of required documentation, we will of course do our best to assist you with this process.

Re-routed or Refused Packages and Import Tariff  Refusals:

Orders re-routed to a different delivery address by you will not be eligible for any refunds.  

Orders for which delivery is refused by you (including delivery refused by the customs authorities in your country, and including your refusal or negligence to pay import tariffs being charged by customs authorities in your country), will receive a refund after the package has been returned to us, minus 40% to cover shipping and associated fees.

Please note that many packages do require a signature on delivery to ensure safe delivery.  Please make sure you or someone responsible at your shipping address will be available to sign for your delivery, if required.

Worldwide Air Cargo (deliver to your city)
Advantage: it’s flexible, reliable, cost-saving for some large orders, and convenient for some countries.
Delivery date: Normally you can receive the machine in 12 business days after placing orders.
Shipment: your goods will be shipped by the Airline Company. They will deliver it to the airport in your city. Then you can receive it after clearing customs.
Note: we can also deliver the goods to your door by air cargo if you require.


Ocean Shipping
Advantage: lowest cost, suitable for very large orders. It’s convenient for some special countries.
Delivery date: Normally you can receive the machine in 30 business days after placing orders.
Shipment: your goods will be shipped by a Freight Company. They will deliver it to the seaport near your place. Then you can receive it after clearing customs.
Note: Normally we don’t provide door-to-door delivery service for ocean shipping.


Airmail
Advantage: suitable for very small goods with a weight of less than 1KG. Low cost,  
Delivery date: Normally you can receive the machine in 30 days after placing orders.
Shipment: your goods will be shipped by the Airline Company. It is a door-to-door delivery service.


Taxes and Duties
We do not add taxes, VAT, or any other hidden charges. You pay us what you see on your invoice, for example, Goods Subtotal + Shipping Costs (does not include duties). Please find out as much as you can about import taxes in your own country before purchasing an item. In special cases, you may need to pay import duties on certain goods. For assistance on any of this, you can contact us for further assistance.  
Is there any way we can avoid high importation duty?
For some countries, the answer is Yes. Please contact us directly for further assistance.
