Do you offer machine demonstrations?
Yes, we have a large beautiful showroom and are available to offer you virtual demonstrations Monday – Friday 9am – 11pm EST. You can learn more or request an appointment by contact our team.
Are Mico Aes machines for professional use only?
Most of our machines are designed for use by medical spas, clinics, and licensed professionals, because the technology is advanced and energy relatively strong. However, our machines are also very user-friendly, and some can potentially be safely used at home for personal use.
It depends on the specific machine, so we encourage you to contact us to schedule a consultation about your needs.
How long will it take to get my order?

Read about Mico Aes’s exclusive contract with DHL/Fedex/UPS, which enables us to provide Premium Fast International Delivery on qualifying orders.
On all orders we use express door-to-door shipping (by DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) unless you request alternative delivery or unless special tax free delivery channels are required (need extra cost).
International express transit time normally takes 2-15 business days, depending on country and package size.
Certain customized orders can take additional 10 or more business days to prepare.
In case of global supply chain challenges, global taxation, etc. shipping times could be longer than usual. We are always here to answer questions and inform you of the current situation and how it will affect you.
Is the shipping cost included in your prices?
Yes, we offer free shipping to most worldwide countries, with no minimums.
However, some special country like Brazil, Peru, Turkey, Isreal are difficult to deal with the customs, you need to contact us to get latest news before order.
How does shipping work?

What type of training is provided?
Comprehensive advanced training with our clinical educators is included with purchase of any professional machine from Mico Aes.
Training by Whatsapp is complimentary. In person training (at your location) is also available, and extra cost may apply, depending on which machines you purchase.
Training certification is also provided once training is completed.
Prerecorded installation videos, operational videos and protocols are also provided.

Can I attend training more than once?
Yes, certainly, refresher training is always available for our clients. We provide a complimentary Whatsapp training with every purchase, and you can also later request optional additional Whatsapp sessions whenever needed.
How many team members can join a training session?
Your whole team is welcome to participate in the training. We encourage all practitioners who will be using the equipment to join so everyone can feel confident and supported.
How long does installation take?
Most machines require a short setup process before use. Smaller units can usually be assembled and tested within about 20–30 minutes, while larger systems may take longer. Our team provides step-by-step guidance by video to make sure everything is installed flawlessly and ready for use.
What is the warranty on your machines?
Yes, all of our machines are covered by a 1-year warranty and are subject to strict quality control.

Do you offer technical support?
We provide lifetime technical support. Many issues can be resolved quickly via video call. Whenever needed, we ship replacement parts by express mail.
