Warranty Coverage Overview

Mico Aes provides a 1–3 year limited warranty for all aesthetic machines, depending on the product model.
(The specific warranty period for each device is stated in the corresponding product description. If not otherwise specified, the standard warranty period is one (1) year.)

In addition, lifetime technical support is provided for all Mico Aes machines.

This warranty applies only to Mico Aes machines and does not cover consumables such as gels, liquids, or disposable items.


Warranty Periods

Main Machine Warranty

  • 1–3 years from the date of delivery
  • Covers manufacturing and structural defects

If a structural defect in the main machine is confirmed through clear evidence (such as photos or videos), Mico Aes will arrange repair or replacement of the defective part free of charge.


Spare Parts & Accessories Warranty

  • 3 months from the date of delivery
  • Covers manufacturing defects in accessories such as handpieces

Consumables and disposable items (e.g. bulbs, filters, gels) are not covered.


Shipping Cost Policy

  • During the first 3 months of the warranty period, shipping costs for replacement spare parts are covered by Mico Aes
  • After the first 3 months, spare parts are supplied at material cost, and shipping is paid by the buyer
  • If a main machine replacement is required due to a confirmed defect:
    • Replacement machine or parts are provided free of charge
    • Shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

  • Failure to follow operating instructions or misuse
  • Unauthorized modification or alteration
  • Impact, dropping, or insertion of foreign objects
  • Use of harmful or unsuitable chemicals

  • Failure to provide sufficient evidence of the claimed defect

Support After Warranty Expiration

After the warranty period, Mico Aes continues to provide lifetime technical support.
Replacement parts are available at material cost only, with shipping costs borne by the buyer.

If a machine malfunctions during the warranty period:

  1. Kontakt Mico Aes Customer Service for assistance.
  2. Provide photos or videos showing the issue clearly
  3. Follow the diagnostic steps provided by our technical team

Most technical issues can be resolved remotely by phone or email.
Our support team aims to identify and resolve issues within 7 business days, depending on the nature of the problem.
